Who likes burnt bees wax?

So to save money but still do my pampering I learned how to wax my own hair. I was getting ready to show Beckie my mad skills when I smelled something coming from the kitchen. The wax that normally took 6 minutes to melt in my microwave didn't need that long in Beckie's freakishly high powered microwave. When I went into the kitchen and opened the door I saw that more then just the wax was melted. Below are the results of too much time at high heat. NOTE: This is the second time I have done this in her microwave.

How does your garden grow?

This is my new hobby!
While I am hanging in Chicago-land with my sisters and family
I am enjoying gardening.
We have planted several pots full of beautiful flowers.
My favorite the orange lily and marigolds.

I'll post the gerber daisy's and impatiens.
and our fun red and white flowers for the 4th of July.

Finally!

Well my niece Miss A is left handed like her Aunt Jesica. Jd and I watched a video of her painting and he pointed out right away that she was going to be left handed. So now both of my nieces have traits from me (or so I like to brag). Miss M has beautiful brown eyes that are dark like mine and the sparkle is just amazing and Miss A has my trait of being left handed. I am going to have to show her how to write so that she doesn't curve her hand and has BEAutiful penmenship. I hope that my little baby comes out like these two, I just love them both so much.
